Orders may be placed by mail, email, telefax or telephone. 
Each order must contain the following information:

1. Delivery name and address
2. Invoice name and address
3. Official purchase order number
4. Catalogue code and product description
5. Quantity required
6. VAT EXEMPTION, IF APPLICABLE

If a written order is sent to confirm an order previously placed by telephone or telefax, this must be clearly stated on the confirmation. No liability can be accepted for duplicated orders.

Payment terms are strictly NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

We need a signed, valid HMRC VAT Exemption Certificate.

THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE OF £100·00 NET EXCLUDING VAT AND DELIVERY.
